This policy describes the personal data we collect through the quote request form on this site, why we use it, how it is stored, and the rights you have over your data, in line with Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 91/2025/QH15) and Decree 356/2025/NĐ-CP.

We only collect information you actively provide through the "Request a Quote" form to: contact you for consultation, survey the installation site, send a quote or Excel cost breakdown, and provide follow-up support related to that request. We do not use this information for automated advertising or sell/rent it to third parties.
Your submission is sent through a server-side function and written directly to an internal Google Sheet using a Google Service Account — the authentication key exists only on the server and is never exposed to your browser. Google (operator of Google Sheets/Google Cloud) acts as a data processor on our behalf; we do not share your data with any other third party.
Information is retained for up to 24 months from your last contact so we can follow up and re-quote as needed, unless you request earlier deletion. After this period, data is removed from our system if no further engagement occurs.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. Only Flexiiform's internal sales and technical teams access it to process your quote request.
This site does not currently use tracking cookies or third-party analytics/advertising tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.). The displayed language is determined from the URL path, not stored in a cookie or localStorage.
Under Law No. 91/2025/QH15 and Decree 356/2025/NĐ-CP, you have the right to: know what data of yours is stored, request access, correction, or deletion of your data, withdraw consent, and object to the processing of your data. We respond to requests within 72 business hours.
The connection to this form is encrypted via HTTPS. The Google Sheets access key is stored only as a server-side environment variable and never appears in browser-facing code.
